You may return items purchased through a Lopenix website within 25 days of purchase for a refund in accordance with this return policy (“Return & Refund Policy”). This Return Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for the Lopenix website on which you made your purchase.

Process for Return

  • To start the return process, reach out to our support team via email at [email protected]. Kindly include your order details, specifying the item(s) you intend to return, along with the reason for the return and any pertinent information.
  • Pack the unused item(s) you’d like to return in the original packaging. We will issue a return label for you to send us back your product with the address at 30 N Gould St #35102 Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable.

Process for Refunds

Upon eligibility for a refund, we will credit the original payment method utilized for the purchase. Expect the refund to be processed within 6-16 business days subsequent to our receipt of the item. It’s essential to note that the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Conditions for Returning Products

Responsibility for Returned Products

It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are protected from damage or loss in transit. Returned Products that are damaged or soiled in transit may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We recommend paying for tracking or product insurance.

Excluded Products
